Returns
If items are returned by the customer (e.g. wrong size/colour/model ordered), which are not due to an error on the part of IMAGE WEAR, these can be taken back as an exception, provided they are not production or modified items and are still in their original condition. IMAGE WEAR will charge a flat rate of 20% of the net value of the returned items for the associated costs (customs and import costs, transport, handling).
The return of faultless goods must be authorised in writing by Image Wear AG in advance and is at the expense and risk of the customer and must be sent to Image Wear by registered post. The products must be properly packed with all accessories in the original packaging. Damaged products will not be taken back or will be charged to the customer in full.
Conditional right of return
Underwear, swimwear, socks, stockings and tights cannot be returned or exchanged.
