Notification of defects
The recipient of a delivery must inspect it within 10 days and report any defects immediately in writing. If he fails to do so, the delivery shall be deemed to have been approved. This does not apply to hidden defects.

Warranty and liability for defects
Workwear is regularly manufactured using natural products. Minor differences in colour, structure and other differences do not constitute grounds for complaint or liability. In the event of justified complaints, Image Wear shall, at its discretion, rectify the defects either by repair or replacement. If the attempts at rectification or redelivery fail, the customer shall be entitled to reduce the price. Further claims of the customer, in particular claims for damages, shall be excluded, unless they are based on intent or gross negligence on the part of Image Wear.
